Late.. Late. Late. Super late.

Yeah. So.. Super late. Haven't updated this blog for a decade now. How lazy of me. A lot of things happened I guess. Christmas, New year, Me and my Tj's 9th birthday. And of course, CLP (Christian Life Program) started. I wanted to be a part of SFC (Singles For Christ) for awhile now. Tj's a member and is with the Music Ministry. I asked him once why he joined and what he gets from it, he told me that God loves us so much and every waking day is a blessing. It's not enough to just pray on your own and thank him silently. Joining SFC was his way of showing God how much he loves him back and that through playing music, he could show him in his own little way.
I was pleased to hear how he elaborated on the reason why he is a part of it and he inspired me to join.
We had our orientation last January 28. The Service Team of CFC (Couples For Christ) elaborated more on what CFC really is and what CLP could do to our lives. One thing that the speaker said that I would never forget: "Some of us are good, we can say that. But we do not have a close connection and interaction with God, so we couldn't really say that we have achieved self renewal." That inspired me more because I immediately related to it.
The Christian Life Program has 3 modules, and in each module, there are 4 sessions. In order for us to become members, we have to undergo these sessions.
We had our first session of Module 1 last February 4. It was:
Talk 1: God's Love.
We had a speaker who discussed on despite the unavoidable things that a person goes through while on earth, God still finds a way and will always be the light that will guide us.  "Apart form him, we can do nothing," This is what he said that I wouldn't forget.
Super excited for the next session and I am eager to graduate and be a part of SFC someday.

John 3:16-18

16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
